Pavel Vacek, a new Executive Chef took over the kitchen operations in the luxury Boscolo Prague hotel in December 2015.
He will oversee the fine dining Salon restaurant, New York Café, Inn Ox Lounge, Cigar Bar and catering for all events organised in the hotel as well as outside catering.
Pavel Vacek brings a wealth of experience, he comes to Boscolo Prague from the five star Hotel Art Noveau Palace where he held the position of Executive Chef.
He held the role of Executive Sous Chef at Alcron Praha restaurant, a regular recipient of Michelin star since 2012.
