The Slav epic of Mucha in Prague

Until December 31, 2016, the National Gallery of Prague offers an incredible artistic experience to lovers of the works of Alfons Mucha, Czech painter known for his liberty style decorative works in Paris from the late XIX to early XX Centuries. Mucha worked on the Slav Epic for nearly 20 years, and presented it to the public for the first time in autumn of 1928, on the occasion of the celebration of 10 years of independence of Czechoslovakia, in the Grand Hall of the Grand Palais.
